Holy Love
Devotional Embodiment Journey
"One of the most powerful things we can do to reclaim our body, reintegrate our brain, and relax inner stress."
A Journey into you, through somatic embodiment, breath, movement, yoga, meditation and mantra.
This is your personal invitation into a 40 days sadhana - A devotional spiritual practice, that we begin on the first new moon of 2024.
“What you are longing for is longing for you.” - Ralph Marston
This is the perfect time of year to set your sacred vision towards creating an elevated, upgraded version of your divine life and the character and truth that you wish to embody.
Let us ground our energy down into the rich, potent currents of the earth, stabilising and anchoring into the creational forces of this realm and remembering that you are the birther and the destroyer of life itself.
The main themes for this journey are "HOLY LOVE"
You will be guided through a sequence of exercises and meditations to evoke your primal creative power which is manifest as the feminine. We call upon the Mother Power, It will support you to be free of insecurities which block freedom of action.
One can obtain a deeper understanding of the constant interplay between manifest and the un-manifest qualities of the cosmos and consciousness.
When you practice in this way, feelings of stress and trauma are filtered through a somatic experience, allowing them to transform into new and meaningful insights and understanding. It taps into movement traditions that we have been practicing as a species for thousands of years, and which are common to all our ancestry.
The practices which I will share with you are said to relax tension in the brain using the nerves in the fingers and hands. It also tunes the activity of the brain with the activity of the body, and helps to wake up natural intuition.
Through the combination of movement, music, and mudra, the brain is encouraged to reach its highest level of functioning, where the physical sense of movement, the connection to intention and action, the flow of thoughts, and the mind's meditative attention all join as one.
"This is a type of moving meditation set to music, which is designed to activate the pranic energy in the Heart Center"
These practices are the foundational principles of keeping a healthy mind, body and energy system.
